Made to Order
All items are made to order. Production takes approximately 1–2 weeks (business days) after your order is placed, and ships once production is complete. It may take longer depending on volume and material availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day.
Shipping Time (after dispatch)
The estimates below apply after production is complete and your order has shipped — they are in addition to the production time, and may take longer due to carrier delays:
- Korea: 1–3 business days
- Asia: 3–7 business days
- North America & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Other Countries: 7–15 business days
International Delivery — Duties & Taxes
International product prices include import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges. Orders are shipped duties paid, and the recipient should not be asked to pay these charges on delivery. If a carrier or destination customs authority requests payment, please contact Customer Support before paying.
If destination authorities require recipient information for clearance, we may contact you to request it.
Korea Delivery & Taxes
Prices shown in the Korean store include applicable domestic taxes. Korean and international prices are set separately and may differ.
