Made to Order

All items are made to order. Production takes approximately 1–2 weeks (business days) after your order is placed, and ships once production is complete. It may take longer depending on volume and material availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day.

Shipping Time (after dispatch)

The estimates below apply after production is complete and your order has shipped — they are in addition to the production time, and may take longer due to customs or carrier delays:

• Korea: 1–3 business days
• Asia: 3–7 business days
• North America & Europe: 5–10 business days
• Other Countries: 7–15 business days

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
