Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be unwashed and unaltered
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be returned in original condition

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

• Items damaged by customer use
• Washed or worn items
• Customized products
• Final sale items (where indicated)

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

International Returns

International orders are delivered duties paid. For an approved international return, contact Customer Support before shipping so that we can provide the return instructions and required customs documentation. Do not arrange an international return independently.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
